1.売買担当、建物や土地の売買など、不動産契約を結ぶまでの説明業務および書類作成。売り物件の情報収集。

2.管理担当、自社管理物件に着き、オーナー、テナント、業者対応し、報告書などの作成。

 

勤務地:JR山手線 大塚駅

 

勤務時聞 :10:00〜19:00(休憩1時間)

 

給料:基本給250.000円~

 (経験考慮します)

 宅建取引士手当あり

 歩合給あり、20%まで

 

試用期間:2ケ~3ケ月目安

 

待遇:交通費支給、社会保險完備、有給休暇

 休日 毎週水曜日、隔週日曜日、
